  The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of cancer, which contains, as an active ingredient, a pyridylpyridazine compound or a transition metal complex thereof. As described above, the pyridylpyridazine compounds according to the present invention and the transition metal complexes thereof have anticancer activity and can be easily prepared at low cost.
