Water molecule-enhanced CO2 insertion in lanthanide coordination polymers
摘要:
Two new lanthanide coordination polymers H2N(CH3)(2)center dot[Eu-2(III)(L-1)(3)(L-2)] (1, L-1 = isophthalic acid dianion, L-2 = formic acid anion) and [La-III(2,5-PDC)(L-2)](2, 2,5-PDC = 2,5-pyridinedicarboxylate dianion) were synthesized under solvothermal conditions. It is of interest that the formic ligand (L-2) is not contained in the stating materials, but arises from the water molecule-enhanced CO2 insertion during the solvothermal process. Both of the two compounds exhibit complicated three dimensional sandwich-like frameworks. (C) 2009 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
