Synthesis, crystal structure and luminescence of novel two-dimensional interpenetrating frameworks
摘要:
Two novel metal coordination polymers, [Zn(nic)(isonic)](n) (1) and [Cu(nic)(isonic)](n) (2) (H(2)nic = nicotinic acid, H(2)isonic = isonicotinic acid), have been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. X-ray single-crystal structural analyses reveal that 1 and 2 are isomorphous, two-dimensional interpenetrating (4, 4) frameworks bridged by nic and isonic ligands, and further assembled into a three-dimensional supramolecular structure via pi-pi stacking interaction. Moreover, 1 displayed photoluminescent properties in the blue range at room temperature. (c) 2007 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

Two hydrothermally synthesised 3D metal-coordination polymers, namely [Cu(isonicotinate)(nicotinate)]n (1), with an 8-connected CsCl topology, and [Cu2(μ3-OH)(isonicotinate)2(BDC)0.5]n (2), with an unusual 8-connected 35.411.58.64 topology, demonstrate that highlyconnectedSBUs can be employed in the construction of complicated frameworks. The temperature-dependent magnetic susceptibilities for the

Under hydrothermal conditions, three copper coordination polymers, [Cu-1,Cu-5(ina)(btcH)](H2O)-H-. (1), [Cu-2(ina)(2)(bdc)(0.5)(mu(3)-OH)] (2), and [Cu(ina)(na)] (3), were prepared from Cu(NO3)(2)(.)2.5H(2)O and a combination of pyridinecarboxylic acid 14-pyridinecarboxylic (isonicotinic acid, inaH) or 3-pyridinecarboxylic (nicotinic acid, naH)} and multicarboxylic acid 1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid (1,3-bdCH(2)) or 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid (1,3,5-btcH(3))}. These polymers were structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction. All polymers have a 2-D layer structure, which consists of rectangles of 7.9 x 8.9 (1), 9.0 x 8.2 (2), or 10.9 x 12.9 angstrom (3). (c) 2006 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
