  通过使用分子内不对称Heck反应，合成了abeo -abietane型二萜类化合物，即（-）-二氯乙醛B，（-）-二氯丁酮和taiwaniaquinoneH。与迄今报道的消旋和对映体形式相比，我们的合成路线所需的步骤更少，并且在较短的步骤中提供了更高的总收率和ee（10、12和13个步骤，总收率分别为50％，40％和39％ ，分别为94％，98％和98％ee）。
