    6-氮杂鸟嘌呤霉素(6-氨基-1-β-D-呋喃呋喃糖基-4,5-二氢-4-氧杂吡唑并[3,4-d] py嘧啶-3-羧酸的2种氨基酸和肽缀合物)具有通过包括1-羟基苯并三唑和1-乙基-3- [3-(二甲基氨基)丙基]碳二亚胺盐酸盐介导的2与适当保护的氨基酸或肽的偶联的两步法,然后氨解,以高收率制备了β-己内酰胺。因此,将2与L-苯丙氨酸甲酯,甘氨酸乙酯和L-谷氨酸二乙酯缩合得到相应的被保护的线性核苷肽(分别为3、5和7)。随后的3、5和7氨解分别提供了6-氮杂鸟嘌呤霉素的L-苯丙氨酸酰胺(4),甘氨酸酰胺(6)和L-谷氨酸二酰胺(8)缀合物。皂化7得到相应的L-谷氨酸衍生物9。将2与L-苯丙氨酰基-Nε-硝基-L-精氨酸甲酯三氟乙酸酯类似地偶联,随后进行氨解(催化氢化后),得到L-苯丙氨酰基-L-精氨酸。 6-氮杂鸟嘌呤霉素的酰胺缀合物(12)。与cadeguomycin(1)比较,评估了化
