  摘要 1,3-二甲基巴比妥酸的各种有机衍生物作为生物活性化合物、药物和有机合成前体引起了广泛关注。在室温下检测了1,3-二甲基-5-亚甲基巴比妥酸二聚体 ( 2 ) 中环丁烷部分对各种脂肪族伯胺（苄胺、4-甲氧基苄胺和 3-氟苄胺）和氢氧离子的化学反应性，以及如在酸性介质中。通过亲核试剂攻击环外亚甲基使环丁烷部分开环制备新化合物。通过使用1 H 和13阐明合成化合物的结构C NMR（包括 DEPT）和质谱技术。分子对接显示其中一种化合物具有高结合亲和力 (–9.0 kcal/mol) ( 6 )。此外，分子动力学模拟和结合自由能计算数据证实，化合物6是其中最稳定的。
