  描述了抗生素新霉素的3-O-氨基甲酰基-新戊酸酯的合成。与d-葡萄糖合成起始包括多个步骤（1 - 5）到重要中间体3,5,6-三-O-苄基-2-O-甲基d半乳糖γ内酯（5）通过分子内WALDEN反演3,5,6-三-O-苄基-4-O-甲磺酰基-2-O-甲基-D-葡萄糖酸-N-甲基酰胺获得（4）。化合物5显示了相对于新生糖的不对称中心的正确空间排列。连续转换（6 - 10）导致的noviose和最后合成（9 - 14）生成甲基3-O-氨基甲酰基-α-novioside，这与通过酸催化抗生素新霉素的甲醇分解制得的物质相同。

  AbstractThe synthesis of ethyl‐3, 5, 6‐tri‐O‐benzyl‐D‐glucofuranoside, a new pharmacologically active compound, and of a series of its homologues (at C‐1) and acyl or O‐alkyl derivatives (at C‐2) is described. With the help of nmr‐spectroscopy the configuration and possible ring conformation of some of the anomers are discussed.
