Temperature dependent rate studies demonstrate an enthalpic benefit and an entropic cost associated with the change in the rate of a unimolecular substitution process on addition of a high proportion of an ionic liquid, the latter effect being supported by molecular dynamics simulations.

The present invention relates to polymers which contain triarylamine repeating units that are substituted in the ortho position, methods for the production thereof, and the use thereof in electronic devices, especially in organic electroluminescent devices, so-called OLEDs (OLED=Organic Light Emitting Diode). The present invention also relates to organic electroluminescent devices which contain said polymers.

The present invention relates to polymers containing oligo-triarylamine repetition units that are substituted in the ortho position, a method for the production thereof, and use thereof in electronic devices, particularly in organic electroluminescence devices, known as OLEDs (OLED=organic light emitting diodes). The present invention further relates to organic electroluminescence devices containing these polymers.
The social percolation model is generalized to include the propagation of two mutually exclusive competing effects on a one-dimensional ring and a two-dimensional square lattice. It is shown that the result depends significantly on which effect propagates first i.e. it is a non-commutative phenomenon. Then the propagation of one effect is studied on a small network. It generalizes the work of Moore and Newman of a disease spread to the case where the susceptibility of the population is random. Three variants of the Domany-Kinzel model are given. One of them (delayed) does not have a chaotic region for some value of the delay weight.
