The invention relates to new tetrahydro-1,2,4-oxadiazin-5-one derivatives having a CNS activity. More particularly, the invention concerns new N.sup.4 -substituted tetrahydro-1,2,4-oxadiazin-5-ones of the formula (1) ##STR1## wherein R.sup.2 is benzyloxycarbonyl or alkylcarbonyl containing 1 to 4 carbon atoms in the alkyl moiety, preferably acetyl; R.sup.3 is phenyl optionally substituted with 1 to 3 lower alkoxy groups; and R.sup.4 is an aliphatic or cyclic alkyl group having 1 to 11 carbon atoms, hydroxymethyl, halomethyl or acyloxymethyl. According to another aspect of the invention there are provided processes for the preparation of compounds of formula (1). Still another aspect of the invention is a pharmaceutical composition which comprises as active ingredient a compound of formula (1).
本发明涉及一种具有中枢神经系统活性的新型四氢-1,2,4-噁二嗪-5-酮衍生物。更具体地,本发明涉及公式(1)中的新型N.sup.4-取代的四氢-1,2,4-噁二嗪-5-酮:##STR1##其中R.sup.2为苄氧羰基或含有1至4个碳原子的烷基羰基,优选为乙酰基;R.sup.3为苯基,可选地取代有1至3个较低的烷氧基;R.sup.4为具有1至11个碳原子的脂肪或环状烷基,羟甲基,卤代甲基或酰氧甲基。根据本发明的另一个方面,提供了制备公式(1)化合物的方法。本发明的另一个方面是一种制药组合物,其包括公式(1)化合物作为活性成分。
