    The present invention relates to a film which comprises a resin composition comprising an acrylic resin (A) and a vinylidene fluoride resin (B), wherein the acrylic resin (A) is composed of an acrylic monomer (a-1) unit and an ultraviolet ray absorbing monomer (a-2) unit, and the ratio of the amount of the ultraviolet ray absorbing monomer (a-2) unit in the acrylic resin (A) to the total mass of all of monomer units in the acrylic resin (A) is 4 to 25 mass%. According to the present invention, it becomes possible to provide a film which comprises a vinylidene fluoride resin, can maintain a high total light transmittance and a low haze value for a long period, and has excellent ultraviolet ray blocking performance.

    Provided is a resin composition containing a thermoplastic acrylic resin and an ultraviolet absorber (UVA). While this resin composition has excellent heat resistance because of its high glass transition temperature, foaming and bleed-out can be suppressed and the problems arising from the evaporation of the UVA can be reduced even during the molding of the resin composition at a high temperature. The resin composition is a thermoplastic resin composition containing a thermoplastic acrylic resin and an ultraviolet absorber having a molecular weight of 700 or more, and having a glass transition temperature of 110° C. or higher. It is preferable that the ultraviolet absorber has a hydroxyphenyltriazine skeleton. It is preferable that the acrylic resin has a ring structure in its main chain. The ring structure is, for example, at least one selected from a lactone ring structure, a glutaric anhydride structure, a glutarimide structure, an N-substituted maleimide structure, and a maleic anhydride structure.

    A backsheet for a photovoltaic module includes a support and a primer provided on a side of the support facing a sealing layer, the primer including an acrylic resin and a crosslinking agent, characterized in that the acrylic resin is a copolymer including at least 5 wt % of an acrylate monomer unit containing a UV absorbing group and at least 2 wt % of an acrylate monomer unit containing a crosslinkable group both relative to the total weight of monomer units.
