  The present invention relates to a bio-based polyol which is used for preparing a polyurethane which is a raw material for car interior. The polyol of the present invention is a polyether polyol of 1,000 to 10,000 g/mol, which is synthesized by using castor oil as a starting material. The polyol includes OH groups of a primary alcohol in an amount of 50 to 90 wt% based on the total amount of OH groups in the polyol, and has equivalent or better reactivity compared to the conventional petroleum-based polyol.
