  摘要：

  H-1 and P-31 dynamic NMR, vibrational spectroscopy, and consideration of dipole moments have shown that 2-chloro-2-thiono-4,5;7,8-dibenzo(4,4'-dimethyl-6,6'-di-tert-butyl)-1,3,2-dioxaphosphocene and its 2-ethoxy derivative are conformationally heterogeneous. The former exists as a three-component equilibrium mixture, and the latter as a two-component equilibrium mixture. In the chlorothiophosphate the boat-chair conformation predominates, with equatorial location of thiophosphoryl; next in frequency is boat-chair with axial orientation of P = S, and third is the deformed boat form. In the ethyl thiophosphate the preponderant form is the deformed boat with thiophosphoryl in the equatorial position.

  A boat-chair conformation is found for the same ring in the thiophosphite [CH26-t-Bu-4-Me-C6H2O}(2)]P(S)H (2), as revealed by X-ray structural analysis, whereas a tub conformation is found for the eight-membered 1,3,2-phosphocin ring in the phosphite [CH26-t-Bu-Me-C6H2O}(2)]P(O)H (1). Compound I exists as a weakly bonded dimer through C-H . . .O hydrogen bonding in the solid state. No discernible changes were observed in the H-1 NMR spectra in solution (C6D6) for the two compounds in the temperature range 25-70 degreesC, suggesting that the structures are fairly rigid in solution. Optimisation of the structures using AM1 calculations suggests that a boat-chair conformation should be favoured for 1 in the absence of intermolecular interactions. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science Ltd.
