Synthesis of Novel 2-Amino-4-aryl-5-arylthio-6-methoxypyrimidines and 3(5)-Aryl-4-arylthio-5(3)-methylthiopyrazolesviaα-Oxo-α-arylthioketene dithioacetals
transition metal free, highly efficient, sulfenylation of ketene dithioacetals catalyzed by an HBr–DMSO system is achieved.
