  用乙氧基羰基甲腈氧化物7处理α-二硫代内酯6导致形成1,2-二硫代坦-3-酮4。化合物4a中用氧化米-CPBA，得到4,4-二-叔-丁基-1,2-二硫环丁烷-3-酮-1-氧化物5a中。4a与三苯基膦反应，得到相应的α-硫代内酯10。
