  Regioselective synthesis of diverse β‐hydroxysulfones is conducted via sulfonylation; the reactions of alkenes with thiosulfonates provided 2° and 3° β‐hydroxysulfones, and the reactions of epoxides with thiosulfonates afforded 1° and 2° β‐hydroxysulfones in good yields.
