摘要 噻吩并[2,3-b]吡啶5a,b、2-S-甲基乙酰基吡啶衍生物7、2-S-甲基二乙基吡啶衍生物7b、2-S-甲基乙氧基羰基吡啶衍生物12a、2-S-甲基乙酰乙氧基羰基吡啶衍生物12和2-S-甲基吡啶衍生物28,分别由吡啶硫酮3与苯甲酰溴衍生物、氯丙酮、α-氯乙酰丙酮、氯乙基丙酮、α-氯乙基乙酰乙酸酯和甲基碘反应得到。用 10% KOH、亚硝酸、水合肼、甲酸、乙酸酐和乙酸进行几次环化反应,在先前获得的新环系统上产生一个额外的环。
