  Tricyclic benzazepine and benzothiazepine derivatives represented by general formula (I) and pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof, wherein Z represents CO, -CR⁶R⁷- or -S(O)n; R represents hydrogen, alkyl, phenylalkyl or a triazole-protective group; and R¹ to R⁵ represent each hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, alkoxy, amino, oxime or hydroxy.
