thiocyanate furnished compounds 10–15, respectively. The structural characterization of the prepared compounds was based on microanalytical and spectroscopic analyses. Some of the prepared compounds were tested for their antimicrobial and antitumor activities. Compounds 9 and 12 showed promising antitumor activity compared with Doxorubicin as positive control.
dapson [双(4-氨基苯基)砜] 1 与 [双-(甲基磺酰基) 亚甲基]丙二腈 2 的相互作用产生相应的二氰基衍生物 3,其与乙酸酐、琥珀酸酐、4-氯苯甲醛、异硫氰酸苯酯反应得到分别对应的乙酰胺 4、琥珀酸 5、吡咯烷 6、Shiff 碱 7 和硫脲 8。用氯乙酰氯处理 3 得到氨基乙酰氯衍生物 9。此外,化合物 9 与巯基乙酸、丙二腈、甘氨酸乙酯盐酸盐和/或硫氰酸钾的相互作用分别提供了化合物 10-15。所制备化合物的结构表征基于微量分析和光谱分析。测试了一些制备的化合物的抗微生物和抗肿瘤活性。
