Described herein is a manganese‐catalyzed dehydrogenative [4+2] annulation of NH imines and alkynes, a reaction providing highly atom‐economical access to diverse isoquinolines. A cascadereaction of indoles with propargylic diols involving an unprecedented metal‐free 1,2‐indole migration onto an alkyne was carried out.
