    Provided is a silyl polymer-based antifouling coating composition that is capable of forming a coating film in which cracking is inhibited from occurring for a long period from the early stage of immersion in seawater and fresh water and enables to maintain excellent coating film consumption for a long term. The antifouling coating composition includes: a copolymer (A) containing a structural unit (a-1) derived from styrene or the like, a structural unit (a-2) derived from glycidyl (meth) acrylate, and optionally a structural unit (a-3) derived from another ethylenically unsaturated monomer; a polymer (B) containing a structural unit (b-1) derived from a monomer represented by the following Formula (b1) : wherein X is a hydrogen atom or a carboxyl group; R1 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; R2 to R6, which may be the same as or different from each other, are C1-C6 straight or branched chain alkyl; and n is an integer of 0 or 1 or more; and an antifoulant.

    There is provided an antifouling coating composition capable of suppressing increase of viscosity as compared with a prior art, having long-term storage stability and exhibiting excellent antifouling property and water resistance (long-term mechanical properties) when forming a coating film, and to provide a relevant technology, including: a silylacrylic copolymer (A) having a component unit derived from triisopropylsilyl (meth) acrylate (A1) and a component unit derived from a polymerizable monomer (A2) having a polymerizable double bond; and a rosin compound (B) which is at least one of a rosin having an acid value of 180 (mg KOH / g) or less and a metal-free type rosin derivative having an acid value of 180 (mg KOH / g) or less, which are blended.

    The present invention provides a coating composition for forming a frictional resistance reducing coating film, containing a curable organopolysiloxane (A) and at least one hydrophilic polymer (B) which has a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 200,000 or more and is selected from a hydrophilic synthetic polymer (B1) and a hydrophilic naturally-derived polymer (B2), the coating composition enabling a structure to be propelled underwater, a structure disposed underwater, and so on, to have a thoroughly reduced frictional resistance generated between the surface of the structure and water, and being able to form a coating film having excellent stability; and a frictional resistance reducing coating film prepared by curing the foregoing coating composition. In addition, the present invention provides a substrate with a coating film, including the aforementioned frictional resistance reducing coating film on a substrate, and a method for producing the same.
