  The present invention relates to novel pyrazole derivatives represented by general formula (I), preparation thereof, and fungicides in agriculture and horticulture and for industrial materials which contain the said derivatives as active ingredients. wherein X represents R1OOC, R1HNOC, R1R1NOC, CN or a 5- or 6-membered heteroaromatic group; Y represents CH or N; W represents C1-3alkylene, NR1, or O; n is 0 or 1; R represents C1-4 lower alkyl which may be optionally substituted by one or more same or different halogen atoms; and A, B and D represent same or different atom or group selected from hydrogen atom, halogen atoms, R1, R1O, R1S, R1SO, R1SO2, (R1)2N, R1OOC, R1OR2, R1ON=CH, CN, NO2, C2-4 lower alkenyl, C2-4 lower alkynyl, C3-7cycloalkyl, Ph, PhCH2, PhO, PhCH2O, PhOR2, PhS, PhCH2S, PhSR2, PhCH2ON=CH, Naph, and Het, provided that A, B and D do not represent hydrogen atom at the same time and more than two of A, B and D do not represent a group containing aromatic or heteroaromatic group at the same time.
