  (EN) The invention concerns the field of chemical therapy and more particularly the field of pharmaceutical hormonal technique. More precisely it concerns novel pharmaceutical hormonal compositions characterised in that they are formed by an oestroprogestational combination consisting of an oestrogen compound and a progestational compound, associated or mixed with one or several non-toxic, inert and pharmaceutically acceptable excipients, for oral administration. The invention also concerns the use of the oestroprogestational mixture in which the oestrogenic constituent and the progestational constituent are administered in combination. The combined association can be prescribed continuously or intermittently, for producing a composition for treating oestrogenic deficiencies, preventing osteoporosis and cardiovascular diseases in the menopausal woman, or still for blocking ovulation in a woman during the period of ovarian activity. The invention also concerns a method for preparing these novel pharmaceutical oestroprogestational compositions.(FR) La présente invention se rapporte au domaine de la chimie thérapeutique et plus particulièrement au domaine de la technique pharmaceutique hormonale. Elle a plus précisément pour objet de nouvelles compositions pharmaceutiques hormonales caractérisées en ce qu'elles sont formées d'une association estroprogestative constituée d'un composé estrogène et d'un composé progestatif, en association ou en mélange avec un ou plusieurs excipients non toxiques, inertes, pharmaceutiquement acceptables, destinées à l'administration par voie orale. La présente invention concerne aussi l'utilisation du mélange estroprogestatif dans lequel le composant estrogénique et le composant progestatif sont administrés de façon combinée. L'association combinée peut être prescrite de façon continue ou intermittente, en vue de la réalisation d'une composition destinée à traiter les carences estrogéniques, à prévenir l'ostéoporose et les maladies cardio-vasculaires chez la femme ménopausée, ou encore à bloquer l'ovulation chez la femme en période d'activité ovarienne. L'invention a encore pour objet un procédé de préparation de ces nouvelles compositions pharmaceutiques estroprogestatives.
