  [EN] Fatty acid amide hydrolase inhibitors of the Formula (I) are provided, wherein R is a heterocyclic or heterocyclic carbonyl moiety and R' is a group consisting of H, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl, and substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl. Pharmaceutical compositions and methods comprising compounds of Formula (I) may be used for the treatment of disease states, disorders, and conditions mediated by fatty acid amide hydrolase (FAAH) activity. Thus, the compounds may be administered to treat, anxiety, epilepsy, depression, pain, inflammation, appetite disorders, glaucoma and insomnia.
