Spiroacetals can be formed through a one‐pot sequence of a hetero‐Diels–Alder reaction, an oxidative carbon–hydrogenbond cleavage, and an acid treatment. This convergent approach expedites access to a complex molecular subunit which is present in numerous biologically active structures.
