  本发明提出一种5α‑氯‑雄甾‑6β,19‑环氧‑3,17‑二酮的制备方法，以4‑AD为原料，经3‑位烯醇酯化、还原、3,17‑位双酯化、5,6‑位加成、6,19‑环合、3,17‑位双氧化六步反应，制得5α‑氯‑雄甾‑6β,19‑环氧‑3,17‑二酮。本发明制备方法的原料来源丰富、环境友好，且价格低廉，合成过程收率较高，所得到的5α‑氯‑雄甾‑6β,19‑环氧‑3,17‑二酮可应用于生产系列计划生育药物。

  Oxidative cyclizations of steroidal alcohols (1a–1d) using ceric ammonium nitrate (CAN) in aqueous acetonitrile or aqueous acetic acid gave the corresponding cyclic ethers (2a–2d), whereas the tertiary alcohol (4) gave secosteroid (5).

  使用硝酸铈铵（CAN）在乙腈水溶液或乙酸水溶液中对甾体醇（1a-1d）进行氧化环化，得到相应的环状醚（2a-2d），而叔醇（4）则产生甾类甾醇（5）。
