Six new nonactic and homononactic acid derivatives, ethyl homononactate (1), ethyl nonactate (2), homononactyl homononactate (6), ethyl homononactyl nonactate (7), ethyl homononactyl homononactate (8), and ethyl nonactyl nonactate (9), as well as four known compounds, homononactic acid (3), nonactic acid (4), homononactyl nonactate (5), and bishomononactic acid (10), were isolated from culture broth
六个新的非乳酸和高壬酸衍生物,高壬酸乙酯(1),非壬酸乙酯(2),高壬酸高壬酸酯(6),乙基高壬酸壬酸酯(7),乙基高壬酸壬酸酯(8)和非壬酸乙基壬酸酯(9)作为四种已知的化合物,从金缕梅(Brynia fruticosa)的短小芽孢杆菌(Bacillus pumilus)的培养液中分离出高壬酸(3),壬酸(4),高壬酸壬酸(5)和双正壬酸(10)。通过光谱分析和化学方法阐明了新化合物的结构。用L-苯丙氨酸甲酯处理后,通过HPLC / MS测定1-6的光学纯度。二聚体化合物5-9对五种人类癌细胞系(IC50 19-100μg/ ml)表现出弱的细胞毒活性。
