Reactions of 1-(1-adamantyl)ethanamine with vanillin, vanillal, veratraldehyde, 3-ethoxy-4-methoxybenzaldehyde, and 4-formyl-2-methoxy(ethoxy)phenyl esters gave previously unknown Schiff bases containing an adamantane fragment.
