新颖的合成[(3-二烷氧基-磷酰基) - (取代的-苯基-甲基)-2-氧代-2-苯基-2,3-二氢- 2λ 5 -苯并[1,3,2] diazaphosphol -1- yl}-(取代的苯基)-甲基]-膦酸二乙基/二甲基酯(3a,3b,3c,3d,3e,3f,3g,3h,3i,3j)可通过[[2- [ (二甲氧基-磷酰基)-苯基-甲基)-氨基}-苯基氨基)-苯基-甲基]膦酸二乙基/二甲酯(2a,2b,2c,2d,2e在三乙胺存在下于40°C的条件下,用无水甲苯中的二氯苯基膦酸(2f,2g,2h,2h,2i,2j)。通过物理光谱技术表征标题化合物。发现所有合成的化合物都具有抗菌性能。J.杂环化学.2011。
