制备方法与用途

生物活性

Estradiol dipropionate（17-β-雌二醇-3，17-二丙酸酯）是一种半合成甾体雌激素，用于缓解女性更年期症状和低雌激素水平的激素治疗，也常用于妇科疾病的治疗。

体内研究

对去卵巢小鼠进行如下处理：

• Estradiol dipropionate（2 μg/100 g；单次皮下注射）与Chorionic gonadotropin（10 IU/100 g；sc，每日两次）连续使用2天后，管腔和腺体上皮中的β-catenin 和 GSK-3β 水平较低。
• Estradiol dipropionate（2 μg/100 g；每周一次注射）与 Chorionic gonadotropin（10 IU/100 g；每日一次）连续使用一个月后，异常子宫内膜增生的发生率显著增加。管腔和腺体上皮中的 β-catenin 水平略有升高，而 GSK-3β 的表达降低。
