Abstract The six platinum complexes of formula [Pt(LL)(NuO) 2 ]Cl 2 , where LL is o -phenylenediamine, 4,5-dimethyl- o -phenylenediamine or 2,2′-bipyridyl and NuO is a nucleoside such as guanosine or inosine, have been prepared by interacting an appropriate dichlorodiamine-platinum(II) with an appropriate nucleoside in excess.
