Silicon-, Germanium-, and Tin-containing Derivatives of Barbital and Methyluracil

1,3-Bis(trimethylsilyl)- and 1,3-bis(tributylstannyl)-5,5-diethylpyrimidine-2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)-triones were synthesized in high yields by the reactions of 5,5-diethyl-2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)-trione (barbital) with hexamethyldisilazane and bis(tributylstannyl) oxide, respectively. The products were reacted with acetyl, benzoyl, and 3-(triethylgermyl)propionyl halides to obtain the corresponding bisacylated pyrimidine derivatives. The reaction of 1-methyluracil with (Bu3Sn)2O gave 1-methyl-3-(tributylstannyl)pyrimidine-2,4(1H,3H)-dione.
通过 5、 5-二乙基-2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)-三酮(巴比妥)分别与六甲基二硅氮烷和双(三丁基锡基)氧化物反应。产物与乙酰基、苯甲酰基、3-(三乙基甲锗烷基)丙酰卤反应,得到相应的双酰基化嘧啶衍生物。 1-甲基尿嘧啶与(Bu3Sn)2O反应得到1-甲基-3-(三丁基甲锡烷基)嘧啶-2,4(1H,3H)-二酮。
