  摘要：

  在4-二甲基氨基吡啶及其类似物催化的酰化反应中，酰基吡啶鎓离子是已知的催化活性物质。发现酰基吡啶鎓羧酸盐的反应性是相应的酰基吡啶鎓氯化物的800-1300倍。发展了一种催化循环，其中酰化吡啶鎓羧酸盐是通过酰化吡啶鎓氯化物通过原位抗衡阴离子交换而生成的。对于碳水化合物的位点选择性酰化，实现了低至0.01mol％的催化剂负载和高达6700的催化剂周转数。
