Syntheses, structures, and complexation of cis- and trans-cycloheptane-1,2-diyl-fused crown thioethers ([12]ansS4)

cis- and trans-Cycloheptane-1,2-diyl-fused crown thioethers ([12]ansS4), 2,3-cis- and 2,3-trans-cycloheptano-1,4,7,10-tetrathiacyclododecanes (cis-2 and (±)-trans-2), were synthesized from newly prepared cis- and trans-cycloheptane-1,2-ditiols, respectively. X-ray diffraction analyses on cis-2 and (–)-trans-2, which was obtained by optical resolution of (±)-trans-2 with a chiral column, showed that
顺-和反-环庚烷-1,2-二基-稠合冠硫醚([12]ansS4),2,3-顺-和2,3-反-环庚烷-1,4,7,10-四硫杂环十二烷(顺- 2 和 (±)-trans-2) 分别由新制备的顺式和反式环庚烷-1,2-二醇合成。通过手性柱对 (±)-trans-2 进行光学拆分获得的 cis-2 和 (-)-trans-2 的 X 射线衍射分析表明,在 cis-2 中,SCCS 部分与顺式融合-cycloheptane-1,2-diyl 采用了 gauche 方向,并且在 (-)-trans-2 中所有 SCCS 部分都采取了反构象。cis-2 和 (±)-trans-2 与 AgOTf 的竞争性络合实验表明,cis-2 比 (±)-trans-2 更有利于络合。[Ag(cis-2)]NO3 的结构通过 X 射线晶体学分析。© 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 杂原子化学
