The compounds are useful for the prevention and treatment of cancer, and other indications where PDE5 inhibitors have shown benefits including erectile dysfunction, pulmonary hypertension, enhancing cognitive function, cystic fibrosis, or enhancing the activity of conventional chemotherapeutic drugs.
