GRAPHICAL ABSTRACT Abstract An efficient green protocol for the synthesis of 1,3,4-oxadiazoles derivatives via a one-potthree-componentreaction of aromaticcarboxylicacids, N-isocyanimino-triphenylphosphorane and esterderivatives of 2-oxopropylalcohol (2-oxopropylbenzoate, 2-oxopropyl-4-bromobenzoate and 2-oxopropylacetate) in water at room temperature have been developed. The present methodology
