  本发明属于有机合成技术领域，公开了一种光诱导碘催化Atherton‑Todd反应合成有机磷化合物的方法，包括以下步骤：式II所示化合物与亲核试剂在二氯甲烷溶剂、氧气气氛中，在卤化试剂I2作用、室温光照条件下反应24h，洗涤，干燥，分离，纯化得到式I所示的有机磷化合物。本发明相比传统的Atherton‑Todd反应，不需要金属催化，不需要加入碱，替代了金属、高温和强碱等反应环境，在室温光照条件下即可催化多种底物合成一系列有机磷化合物，具有很好的普适性，并且反应时间短，所得产物的产率较高。
