4'-benzenesulfonyl derivative of 3'-deoxythymidine was prepared from 3'-deoxythymidine-5'-aldehyde. The 4'-benzenesulfonyl leaving group undergoes a nucleophilic substitution with organoaluminum and organosilicon reagents to furnish a variety of 4'-substituted (Me, Et, i-Bu, trimethylsilylethynyl, CH(2)CH=CH(2), CN, N(3)) analogues.
由3′-脱氧胸苷-5′-醛制备3′-脱氧胸苷的4′-苯磺酰基衍生物。4'-苯磺酰基离去基团经过有机铝和有机硅试剂进行亲核取代,以提供各种4'-取代的(Me,Et,i-Bu,三甲基甲硅烷基乙炔基,CH(2)CH = CH(2),CN,N (3))类似物。
