An efficient method for the synthesis of benzo[b][1,4]oxazin-3(4H)-ones via Smiles rearrangement using a microwave-assisted one-pot, three-step reaction has been developed. Various benzo[b][1,4]oxazin-3(4H)-ones are obtained in good yields (55–86%) from the corresponding substituted 2-chlorophenols and primary amines in short reaction time (18–40 min).
微波辅助一锅三步反应通过Smiles重排合成苯并[ b ] [1,4]恶嗪-3(4 H)-的有效方法得到了发展。在较短的反应时间(18-40分钟)内,从相应的取代的2-氯酚和伯胺中可得到高产率(55-86%)的各种苯并[ b ] [1,4]恶嗪-3(4 H)-一。 。
