Abstract For the first time we synthesized a hydrazone derivative of harmine, namely (Z)-8-(1-hydrazonoethyl)-7-methoxy-1-methyl-9H-pyrido[3,4-b]indole based on indole alkaloid harmine. The structure of the synthesized compound is confirmed by NMR, mass spectroscopy, and single crystal X-ray diffraction data.
摘要 首次我们基于吲哚生物碱harmine合成了harmine的derivative衍生物,即(Z)-8-(1-肼基乙基)-7-甲氧基-1-甲基-9 H-吡啶并[3,4- b ]吲哚。合成的化合物的结构通过NMR,质谱和单晶X射线衍射数据确认。
A Simple, Rapid and Mild One Pot Synthesis of Benzene Ring Acylated and Demethylated Analogues of Harmine under Solvent-free Conditions
A simple, rapid, solvent-free, room temperature onepotsynthesis of benzene ring acylated and demethylated analogues of harmine using acyl halides/acid anhydrides and AlCl(3) has been developed. Harmine alkaloid derivatives were studied for antidepressant and analgesicactivity. It was found that 8-(Z)-1-[(Z)-(2-fluorophenyl) hydrazono]ethyl}-7-methoxy-1-methyl-9H-pyrido[3,4-b]indole at a dose of 10 mg/kg exhibited antidepressant effect in the Porsolt behavioral despair test.
