Herein, we report a nickel‐catalyzed carbonylative coupling of α‐bromonitriles and alkylzinc reagents with near stoichiometric carbon monoxide to give β‐ketonitriles in good yields. The reaction is catalyzed by a readily available and stable nickel(II) pincercomplex.
