    A photocurable paint composition for road markings is disclosed, comprising (A) a compound having an ethylenically unsaturated group, (B) a filler, (C) a cationic dye represented by formula (1):         D+·A1-     (1) (wherein D+ represents a cation having an absorption maximum wavelength in the wavelength region of from 400 to 1,200 nm, and A1- represents an optional anion), (D) a quaternary organic borate-type sensitizer represented by formula (2): (wherein R1, R2, R3 and R4 each independently represents an alkyl group, an aryl group, an aralkyl group, an alkenyl group, an alkynyl group, a silyl group, a heterocyclic group or a halogen atom, and Z+ represents an optional cation) and (E) an ultraviolet radical polymerization initiator capable of generating a radical upon absorption of light at a wavelength of 400 nm or less, or additionally comprising (F) glass beads.

    Provided are an ultraviolet-sensing sheet, an ultraviolet-sensing set, and an ultraviolet-sensing method, in which color gradation properties which are suitable for detecting an ultraviolet dose are obtained and in which the coloring of an ultraviolet-sensing layer caused by the effect of light other than ultraviolet light is prevented. An ultraviolet-sensing sheet 1 includes: a filter layer 10 that selectively allows transmission of light having a specific wavelength; and an ultraviolet-sensing layer 20 that includes a capsule including a color-forming dye and a photooxidant. It is preferable that the filter layer 10 has a maximum value of the transmittance in a wavelength range of 300 nm or longer and shorter than 380 nm.

    Provided an ultraviolet-sensing sheet that facilitates measurement of ultraviolet irradiance over a wide area, that is suitable in ultraviolet irradiance in a range from 1 to 1,000 mJ/cm2, a method for manufacturing such an ultraviolet-sensing sheet, and a method for sensing ultraviolet. The ultraviolet-sensing sheet has a change in reflection density ΔD1 of 0.2 or more over a range of cumulative illuminance 1 mJ/cm2 or more and less than 10 mJ/cm2, a change in reflection density ΔD2 of 0.2 or more over a range of cumulative illuminance 10 mJ/cm2 or more and less than 100 mJ/cm2, and a change in reflection density ΔD3 of 0.2 or more over a range of cumulative illuminance 100 mJ/cm2 or more and 1,000 mJ/cm2 or less, as measured at a wavelength of 365 nm when the ultraviolet-sensing sheet is irradiated with a high-pressure mercury lamp.
