Mix and match: We report a cascade reaction sequence for the highly enantio‐ and diastereoselective synthesis of biaryl alcohols, employing a Suzuki coupling followed by a biocatalytic reduction in a biphasic system containing ionic liquids (ILs; see figure). We demonstrate the recyclability of the IL phase as well as the aqueous phase up to four cycles with only a negligible deactivation of reactivity
