  The present invention is directed to green coffee bean extract compositions and methods for their use and manufacture. The compositions of the invention are drawn to coffee bean extracts having unique ratios of chlorogenic acids which offer an improved effect in a variety of therapeutic applications over known green coffee bean extracts.
