生物活性方面,Gelsevirine 是 Gelsemium elegans 中的主要生物碱,展现出有效的抗焦虑作用。研究表明,其抗焦虑机制可能与激活大脑中的甘氨酸受体有关。此外,Gelsevirine 还具有抗增殖活性,对 SW480 细胞和 MGC80-3 细胞的 IC50 值分别为 1.41 毫摩尔/升和 1.22 毫摩尔/升。
