生物活性

ATP二钠盐 hydrate（腺苷5'-三磷酸二钠盐 hydrate）是体内能量储存和代谢的重要物质，为代谢提供能量，并在细胞中作为辅酶发挥作用。此外，它还是免疫和炎症中重要的内源性信号分子。

体外研究

• ATP二钠盐 hydrate (5 mM; 1 小时) 与 LPS (1 μg/ml) 共同处理可协同激活 HGFs 中的 NLRP3 炎症状小体。
• ATP二钠盐 hydrate (2 mM; 0.5-24 小时) 能诱导骨髓来源巨噬细胞（BMDMs）分泌白介素 1β、KC 和 MIP-2，且该过程依赖 caspase-1 活化。
