  以Ni(II)为催化剂，缺电子3,5-二甲基丙烯酰吡唑烯烃与C,N-二芳基硝酮单独反应10 min，制备新型五元杂环产物4-3,5-二甲基丙烯酰吡唑异恶唑烷，产率100%区域选择性和高达 99% 的收率。然后以这些环加合物为底物，研究了开环、亲核取代、加成消除和还原等六种衍生反应。实验结果表明，各种转化均能在温和条件下以高转化率得到目标产物，这一发现为基于异恶唑烷骨架的有机合成方法学研究提供了基本方法。

  methyleneindolinones and nitrones as the starting materials through [3+2] annulation catalyzed by a bisthiourea. Products with three contiguous stereocenters, including one spiroquaternary stereocenter, are obtained in good yields with excellent enantio‐ and diastereoselectivity. The bisthiourea catalyst acts as a multiple‐hydrogen‐bond donor to simultaneously activate both substrates.
