three-component, Mannich condensation of electron-rich aromatic compounds such as 5-methyl-2-hydroxyphenyl sulfide, 2-aminopyrimidine, and various aromatic aldehydes were used to prepare a series of new unsymmetrical multidentate aminophenol ligands.
