The present disclosure provides a heterocyclic compound and an organic electroluminescent device comprising the same, and relates to the field of organic electroluminescent materials. The heterocyclic compound provided by the present disclosure has a high refractive index which can reach 1.95 to 2.10, and when used as a cover layer material, it can improve the transmittance of a semi-transmissive electrode, adjust the light extraction direction and improve the light extraction efficiency. In addition, the heterocyclic compound provided by the present disclosure improves the glass transition temperature through both structure optimization and introduction of a five-membered heterocyclic ring containing nitrogen or a six-membered heterocyclic ring containing nitrogen, benzoxazole or a benzothiazole group, to allow better film-forming property and stability, such that when as used as the cover layer material of an organic electroluminescent device, it can effectively increase the service life of the device.
本公开提供了一种杂环化合物及包含该杂环化合物的有机电致发光器件,涉及有机电致发光材料领域。本公开提供的杂环化合物具有较高的折射率,可达到1.95~2.10,用作覆盖层材料时,可提高半透射电极的透射率,调整光提取方向,提高光提取效率。此外,本公开提供的杂环化合物通过结构优化和引入含氮的五元杂环或含氮的六元杂环、苯并恶唑或苯并噻唑基团,提高了玻璃化温度,使其具有更好的成膜性和稳定性,因此在用作有机电致发光器件的覆盖层材料时,可有效提高器件的使用寿命。
