    A series of pyridopyrazine and pyrimidothiazine derivatives have been synthesized and their activity against FtsZ from Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) and in vitro antibacterial activity against Mtb H37Ra and Mtb H(37)Rv are reported.
