The synthesis of the optical isomers of O-2,4-dichlorophenyl O-methyl isopropylphosphoramidothioate (I) has been carried out for the first time. Optically active I was prepared along with O-2,4-dichlorophenyl S-methyl isopropylphosphoramidothioate (IV), by methylation of the optical isomers of methylammonium O-2,4-dichlorophenyl isopropylphosphoramidothioate (II).
